Rotating Safety Reel
The model 747-4000R Sniper "Rotating Safety Reel" means safety and

convenience. This unique hose reel allows operators to access difficult
to reach manholes while staying in a safe location...away from
dangerous traffic zones. Setup time is minimized because backing up
over the manhole is no longer necessary. Operator uses the Rotating
Hose Reel in conjunction with an upper manhole roller to access almost
any manhole from any location.
