Who We Are
Helix Laboratories, Inc. is a Science-based Biotechnical corporation dedicated to
providing the highest quality, high-potency biological and enzymatic bioaugmentation
and bioremediation products. We are a manufacturer of our own product line, which
allows us to supply our customers with products of very high, consistent quality that
perform on everyday challenges. Our products are Biosafety Class 1, meaning they
are SAFE for Humans, Animals, and Fish.

About Our Products
Our bacterial, microbial, enzyme, nutrient, cleaning and odor control products are
designed to solve a specific problem or task. In designing a product, strains of
adapted natural isolate bacteria are chosen based upon their individual natural
abilities to degrade and digest a particular organic waste. Pure cultures of these
bacteria are added to a sterilized growth medium. They are then grown in either deep
tank fermenters (a process called aseptic fermentation) or utilizing semi-solid tray
techniques. They are then filtered, proportioned and blended with Enzymes,
Micronutrients, Macronutrients, Growth Stimulators and other quality ingredients. Each
batch is individually tested to ensure that it meets our Quality Standards of Strength
and Purity and is individually Certified Salmonella Free.

Liquid Bacterial Blends
HL-5000© FOG Liquid - High Potency bacteria cultures are grown & adapted to
degrade and liquefy organic waste, particularly FOG (fat, oil, & grease) in aerobic &
anaerobic conditions, leaving carbon dioxide and water as its byproducts. Effectively
digests fats, oils, greases, starches, proteins, carbohydrates, cellulosic matter and
other organics. Contains wetting agents & surfactants to aid in waste penetration.
Great Product for Grease in lift stations, plumbing, & sewer lines. Bacteria is grown
on grease, so it will eat grease! Can be metered, sprayed or poured. WINNER of the
SAN DIEGO GREASE TEST!

HL-2000© Liquid - Very Concentrated. Used for FOG degradation, plant
bioaugmentation, spot treating problem areas and plant stability. This multi-strain
product contains large numbers of waste digesting microbes. Contains no
surfactants or perfumes. Designed specifically for Sewer Lines, WWTP and Collection
System applications. Can be metered, sprayed or poured. GREAT WASTEWATER
MULTI-PURPOSE PRODUCT.

JETBUGS© Microbial Degreaser for Jetters - High impact degreaser WITH bacteria
used to degrade and digest tough FOG buildups. Excellent for use in lift stations, wet
wells, scum pits, sewer lines and other grease-laden areas. Use in jetter or pressure
washer. Applies & leaves behind grease-eating bacteria as it cleans with degreasing
foam. Very concentrated. Dilutes with water at 1:100. Can be added to tank or
pumped into jetter pressure line. One Pass Cleaning!

KNOCK OUT! Odor Eliminator© - Utilizes enzymatic mechanisms to disarm even the
most difficult odors. Use in force mains, lift stations, stagnant wastes, and sewer
lines to name just a few common applications. Apply at source of problems for fast
odor elimination and control. Contains NO bacteria.

HL-1500 Pit Stop© - Biological Molecular Modifier - For use in tanks, slow moving
mains, low flow lift stations, force mains, and other stagnant or odorous waste
scenarios. Very good at eliminating sulfur odors ! Budget Friendly! Gets rid of
Hydrogen Sulfide & Sewer Gas Odors!

SWAMP WATER© Floating Lift Station Degreaser - All Natural product produced from
plant extracts and natural fermentations to form an excellent biodegradable product
that floats in lift stations and emulsifies grease. Has a Higher Flash Point, Lower
VOCs, and is Safe for Personnel to use. This Natural Degreaser is Biodegradable,
99% Active Natural and contains NO petroleum distillates, by-products, or citrus oils.
Provides floating odor cap to seal odors in lift station. This product is excellent in
waste water applications that are high in Fat, Oil & Grease (FOG).

Liquids are available in 6 gallon pails, 20 gallon plastic drums, and 55 gallon drums.

Continuous Bacterial Release Systems
GREASE BLOCK TM - Solid Biological Block system for treating grease in lift stations,
wet wells, sewer lines and manholes. Field tested under the toughest conditions.
Releases grease-eating bacteria cultures as sewage flows over it. Simply hang in the
lift station or in manhole. Treats up to 75,000 gpd flow continuously for 4 to 8 weeks.
Controls grease while minimizing labor costs. Comes in 2 sizes - Large and Small
(typically used in manholes with inverts).

Dry Bacterial Blends

PORC 'n Bags© - All purpose microbial powder used in sewer applications. Great in
sewer lines, collection systems, headworks, clarifiers, manholes, aeration basins,
oxidation ditches, racetracks, lagoons, holding ponds or anywhere there is a waste
handling system. Packaged in 1/2 pound Water Soluble Bags. Great product! Easy
on the budget too !

HP-GTF© - Completely Water Soluble Blend of grease eating microorganisms, odor
control agents and special nutrients designed to control grease & odor in tanks, scum
pits, lift stations, wet wells, grease traps and holding ponds. Excellent for Service
Companies and Municipalities. BUDGET FRIENDLY! GREAT PRODUCT! Available
only in bulk.

HP-1300 FOG Degrader© - Great Product for manual dosing for degradation and
control of FOG and grease buildup. Use in sewer mains, manholes, lift stations & wet
wells, WWTPs, lagoons, scum pits & syphons. Can be used to supplement FOG
program or treat upstream from hot-spots. Can also be used in anaerobic digesters.

HP-1000© Municipal / Filamentous Control - For general plant health and
maintenance programs. Well suited for the reduction of excess filamentous
organisms & the foam and surfactants they produce. Reduces BOD, TSS & Sludge
Volume.

All dry blends are available in 30 pound pails of 1/2 pound pre-measured, water
soluble bags or in 50 pound fiber drums in loose bulk form. Liquids are available in 6
gallon pails, 20 gallon plastic drums, and 55 gallon drums.
